Separate the roles before choosing sizes

List the roles in your venue and the movements involved. Check a shirt while reaching across a counter or carrying a tray. Compare a polo where a less formal appearance suits the setting. Review sleeve length and layering with staff rather than choosing from a photograph alone.

Approve care and shade together

Use a physical garment reference for the colour, especially when replacing part of an existing uniform set. Follow the supplied care label and discuss your intended cleaning method before production. A fabric name or dark colour alone does not establish stain resistance or suitability for a commercial laundry.

Build a useful shift allocation

Decide how many garments each person needs between washes, then total the quantities by style, colour and size. Keep replacement stock distinct from the current staff issue. A small first order can help you evaluate the look before planning a larger roll-out.
