Choosing your custom T-shirts

GSM describes fabric weight per square metre. It helps you compare the two cotton styles, but does not establish fit or quality by itself. Check the cut, fabric and sample together, then choose a decoration method that suits your artwork.

Start with 2 pieces per product and colour. Garment, embroidery, DTF printing, GST and delivery charges are confirmed in your final quote.

Choose fabric weight with the event in mind

The Classic Cotton Round-Neck Tee uses 180 GSM cotton; the Premium Heavyweight Tee uses 240 GSM cotton. The higher GSM describes a heavier fabric per square metre, rather than a universal measure of quality. Compare samples for fit and feel, and consider whether the clothing is intended for a single event, regular staff use or company merchandise.

Build a readable branded T-shirt

Chest and back designs can use embroidery or DTF. Sleeve positions support embroidery. Each chest or sleeve logo adds ₹50 per garment, while a back logo adds ₹100. Keep the design proportionate to the available area and check that lettering remains readable at the agreed size. A transparent PNG is useful for a preview without a rectangular background.

Order the right size mix, starting from two pieces

The minimum is 2 pieces per product and colour. Mix sizes within that group; a different style or colour creates a separate quantity group. The product page shows the current garment rates where available. Add each person’s size, review the total and check every selected logo before continuing to your order.

GST and delivery are confirmed before payment. Send the delivery location and required date with your enquiry so Sungrace can confirm availability and the production schedule. For repeat orders, share the earlier order reference and confirm the current fabric shade and price again.
