Return & Refund Policy

Made for your team.
Checked against your approved order.

Effective 10 September 2026

Customised garments are non-returnable for a change of mind.

Each customised order is made to your colour, size and artwork choices. Our refund policy covers an incorrect garment colour supplied by us, or embroidery or DTF that does not match your approved proof. Your statutory consumer rights remain protected.

WHEN A REFUND APPLIES

We take responsibility for our mistakes.

We supplied the wrong garment colour

If the colour we supply is different from the colour recorded in your confirmed order, the affected garments qualify for a refund after we verify the mismatch.

We compare the supplied garment with your confirmed colour selection and any approved fabric sample or shade reference. A different appearance on a phone or monitor alone does not establish that the wrong colour was supplied.

The embroidery or DTF differs from your approved proof

If we produce embroidery or DTF that does not match the final proof you approved, the affected garments qualify for a refund after verification.

This includes an incorrect logo or wording, an unapproved decoration method, or a material mismatch in agreed placement, dimensions or colours. We compare the finished article with the approval record.

Images illustrate fabric and artwork checks; your own order confirmation and approved proof are the reference for your claim.

Before you approve the proof

Please check the logo, spelling, artwork colours, decoration method, placement and agreed dimensions, along with the garment colour, quantities and sizes. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and final approval, including any approval sent by email or WhatsApp.

Approval confirms your chosen design. It does not excuse a production error: if the finished embroidery or DTF differs materially from that approval, you can request a refund under this policy. Website previews help you plan the design; the final agreed proof, specifications and any approved sample govern production.

What is not covered as a change-of-mind return

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for customised garments made correctly to the confirmed order and approved proof. Examples include:

  • Changing your preference for a garment colour, design or logo after approval.
  • Ordering a size or quantity incorrectly where we supplied exactly what was confirmed.
  • A spelling or artwork error present in the proof you approved, where we reproduced it correctly.

These exclusions do not apply where we supplied something different from the agreed specification or where applicable law provides a remedy.

How to request a refund

  1. 01

    Contact Sungrace promptly

Send your order reference or invoice and explain the issue. You can email office@sungraceuniforms.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 95644 00000.

  2. 02

    Share the comparison

Include clear photographs of the received garments, a close-up of the colour or decoration issue, the affected quantity, and your confirmed order or approved proof. Keep the garments and packaging available while we review the claim.

  3. 03

Receive the outcome and refund details

We review the evidence against your approval record and may request further photographs or an inspection. If a physical return is needed, we will confirm the arrangements before you send anything back.

For a verified supply or production mismatch covered above, we refund the amount paid for the affected garments, including their associated embroidery or DTF charges. We will confirm the refund amount, any applicable delivery charges, the payment route and expected processing time in writing. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; where that is unavailable, we agree a suitable alternative with you.

Please report issues as soon as you notice them so we can investigate. Prompt-reporting guidance does not shorten any statutory claim period.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable Indian consumer law, including for defective, damaged, deficient or misdescribed goods. Contact us about any such issue even if it falls outside the two customised-order refund examples above. The change-of-mind restriction is not a blanket refusal of legally required returns or refunds.
