Pattern & cutting
CAD patterns and marker planning
Six straight-knife cutters, four end cutters and one band-knife cutter support the preparation of garment panels. Approved measurements guide the cut.
Garment construction
120 UBT lockstitch machines
A dedicated sewing setup supports custom garments and team orders. Under-bed thread trimming helps operators finish seam ends neatly.
Seam finishing
20 Pegasus M900 overlocks
Overlocking and Pegasus flatlock equipment support secure edges and comfortable knit-garment seams. Stitch settings are matched to the fabric.
In-house embroidery

Company logos and garment identities are embroidered in-house. Thread shades, design size and placement are reviewed before production.

Your artwork, applied with care
Our printing capability keeps artwork and garment preparation with the same team. We review the design and fabric before agreeing a suitable finish, including DTF on eligible garments.
Knitwear

In-house knitting supports uniform sweaters and other knitwear. Yarn, structure, panel measurements and the approved sample guide production.
