Account and order details

We store the name and email used for your account, protected password records, saved artwork, garment choices, order history, contact information and delivery details. These support sign-in, quotes, artwork review, fulfilment and customer service.

Sign-in and payments

If Google sign-in is enabled and you choose it, Google shares your verified email, name and account identifier. The website does not receive your Google password. If online payments are enabled, Razorpay processes the payment; Sungrace stores payment references and confirmation status, not your card number or banking password.

Access and cookies

Essential cookies maintain signed-in sessions and protect the sign-in process. Your order details and uploaded logos are accessible to your account and authorised Sungrace staff. Information may also be processed by service providers used for hosting, email, payment and order delivery.

Questions and requests

To ask about information held for your account, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact office@sungraceuniforms.com. Order and transaction records may need to be retained for fulfilment and applicable record-keeping requirements. Please do not email passwords or payment credentials.
