Confirm the routine before ordering

Tell the team if garments will use a shared laundry, frequent washing or a particular cleaning process. Do not assume that one temperature, bleach treatment or drying method is suitable for every shirt, polo, printed mark or acrylic sweater.

Check a sample against the intended use

Record how the approved sample is cared for and compare its appearance afterwards. Look at fit, colour and the logo together. A casual home check is not a certified laboratory test, but a consistent record helps you explain a concern and decide what further evaluation is needed.

Keep decoration instructions visible

Ask how to handle ironing, drying and cleaning around the specific logo finish. Embroidery and a printed transfer are different constructions. Avoid applying a generic internet instruction where it conflicts with the garment label or the supplier’s confirmed advice.

Handle issues with a useful record

Keep the order reference, garment style, colour and a clear photograph of the concern. Note the care process used and when the change was observed. Contact the team with those details rather than assuming that a photograph alone proves the cause.

• Separate observations about fabric, fit and decoration.
• Review older and replacement garments against the same colour reference.
