Ask for the style’s actual measurements

Body measurements and finished-garment measurements describe different things. Ask which method the chart uses and how the garment was laid out. Sungrace does not publish a generic measurement table here because one set of dimensions would not represent every product.

Use a consistent comparison

Lay a suitable reference garment flat without stretching it. Record chest width, body length and sleeve measurements using the supplier’s stated measurement points. Do not double or convert a flat width without checking whether the chart expects width or circumference.

Try ordinary working movements

Review the fit while seated, reaching and wearing any intended layer underneath. Collect feedback against the same sample style. Record the chosen size only after resolving whether a concern comes from the size, cut or measurement method.

• Keep each product and colour on its own line.
• Use S, M, L, XL, XXL or 3XL only after confirming the style fit.
• Add the size quantities and check the total before submitting.

Keep staff information proportionate

The downloadable sheet asks for size quantities, not staff names or body measurements. If you need personal issue records internally, keep them in your own appropriate system. Share only the information needed to fulfil the garment order.
