Prepare the preview files

The product preview accepts PNG, JPG and WebP, with a limit of 8 MB and 24 megapixels per file. A transparent PNG is useful when the mark should sit directly on the garment with no background rectangle. Check the file itself: a checkerboard drawn into an image is not transparency.

Choose positions deliberately

Left and right mean the wearer’s left and right. The back needs its own view and artwork. Sleeve logos are offered on polos and T-shirts as embroidery. Keep important details away from seams, pockets and fastenings; the team reviews the final placement.

Write down what must stay exact

State the correct wording, company colours and intended physical logo size. Keep the original vector or high-resolution design ready for production review. Do not assume that a small web screenshot contains enough detail for either stitching or printing.

• Check every word, phone number and abbreviation.
• Explain whether a background should print or disappear.
• Name the garment, colour, method and each position.
• Approve any artwork simplification before production.

Treat the preview as a decision aid

The preview shows proposed placement. It cannot guarantee exact fabric colour, thread texture or print feel. Ask for the appropriate artwork or sample approval step before placing a repeat or larger order.
