How to calculate the cost of custom corporate uniforms
Work out garment and embroidery costs for a bulk uniform order, with a 50-piece example and a clear explanation of DTF, tax, delivery and coupons.
Start with the quantity rate
Select a garment, then use the rate for your order quantity. Sungrace publishes per-piece garment prices at five quantity levels: 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces. These are garment prices before embroidery, printing, GST and delivery.
For example, for 50 pieces, multiply the current 50-piece rate on the product page by 50. Rates can change, so use the live product page or the quote confirmed by the team rather than an old screenshot.
Add embroidery for each selected position
Left chest embroidery adds ₹50 per garment. Right chest embroidery also adds ₹50. Back embroidery adds ₹100. The charges apply to each garment in the quote item, with no embroidery setup charge.
For 50 garments with left chest embroidery, the embroidery total is 50 × ₹50 = ₹2,500. For the same quantity with both chest positions and a back logo, the embroidery total is 50 × ₹200 = ₹10,000. Add that amount to the garment subtotal.
Keep printing separate until artwork review
If you select DTF for a position, its price is confirmed after the team reviews the artwork. The website marks that charge as requiring a quote. A zero or missing DTF figure in an initial estimate does not mean printing is free.
For an order using both embroidery and DTF, calculate the garments and embroidery first, then add the approved printing charge. Confirm the complete decoration specification before production.
Review coupons, GST and delivery
Enter a coupon in the quote checkout if you have one. Its availability depends on the offer’s conditions, which may include a minimum value, expiry date or maximum discount. The checkout displays the accepted discount.
The final amount also depends on the GST and delivery charges confirmed for your order. Ask for the approved total and delivery details before making payment.
Use the estimate to compare complete options
Compare like-for-like options: the same garment quantity, size mix, logo positions and finish. A lower garment rate alone may not give the lowest total if the branding requirements differ.
