A practical checklist for ordering corporate uniforms in bulk
Plan a bulk uniform order: garment selection, colours, size quantities, separate logos, samples, delivery details and artwork approval.
Choose the garment around the job
List who will wear the uniform and where it will be used. An office team, a showroom team and an outdoor event crew may need different fabrics, fits and layers. Compare the specifications of the shortlisted products instead of choosing from the photograph alone.
Sungrace’s online collection includes polos, corporate shirts, cotton T-shirts and hoodies. Contact the team for blazer or sweater requirements. Each online quote item has a minimum quantity of 25 pieces.
Collect the size mix before requesting a quote
Ask for the measurement chart for the exact style you intend to order. The online size labels run from S to 3XL, but labels alone do not tell you how a garment will fit. Discuss samples or a size set if the team is unsure.
Prepare quantities for each size and check the total. If you need more than one colour, record each colour and its quantities separately. Confirm how the minimum quantity applies to your proposed order with the team.
Specify every logo position
Prepare artwork separately for the left chest, right chest and back when using different designs. These positions are described from the wearer’s perspective. Choose embroidery or DTF for each selected position, and review both front and back previews.
Record any brand colour requirements and the intended logo size. Fine lettering can look different in thread from the way it appears on a screen, so ask for artwork review before approving production.
Read the complete price
Bulk garment rates are listed for 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 pieces. Embroidery adds ₹50 per chest position and ₹100 for the back, per garment. DTF is quoted after the artwork is reviewed.
GST and delivery are confirmed separately. If you have a coupon, enter it in the quote checkout to check whether it applies. A discount should be assessed against the complete approved quote, not just the headline garment rate.
Agree the schedule and delivery details
Product pages show indicative lead times. Confirm the production schedule with Sungrace once the artwork, sizes and order details are agreed. Allow for delivery time in addition to production, particularly if the clothing is needed for a fixed event date.
Provide the recipient’s name, phone number and complete delivery address. Discuss a sample before bulk production, and confirm sample charges and any credit conditions with the team.
Keep a record for the next order
Create an account or sign in with Google to save your quote list and access your order history. Review the agreed style, colours, quantities, artwork and charges before payment. For a repeat order, reference the earlier order and confirm current availability, rates and fabric shade.
